The conference registration fee includes:
Welcome Reception on TBA
Admittance to all scientific sessions of the Conference
Certificate of attendance
Coffee breaks and lunches during the Conference
Conference gala dinner on TBA
Accompanying persons can join the welcome reception on TBA and the Gala dinner on TBA, with a TBA fee. The fee does not include access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference. The fee will be payable via the online registration platform, alternatively, this can be paid in cash at the registration desk, cash payments should be made in TBA.
You will need to register by the TBA to take advantage of our early bird registration discount. The conference/consortium no-show policy requires you must be registered by the TBA. Otherwise, your name will be withdrawn from the program.
For special sessions, the requirement is that all presenters must be registered by TBA.
AMA Conference Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 800-AMA-1150 or 312-542-9000. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received 7 to 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after the event. All refunds will be refunded to your original method of payment. IMPORTANT NOTE: This event is for AMA members only. In order to register for the conference, the attendee needs to be a member in good standing of AMA.

Step 5: Check this is correct and then click next. You will then be given options to add a guest and confirm attendance to the Welcome Reception and/or Gala Dinner. Please select relevant options:
